PractiCount and Invoice is a complete word counting and invoicing solution for freelance translators, translation and localization agencies, medical transcriptionists, writers, project managers and other language professionals who base their quotations and invoices on the text count basis.

Overview

PractiCount works with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WordPerfect, Adobe Acrobat files (provided the corresponding software is installed). It counts words, characters, lines (customizable), pages (customizable) in multiple files, folders, subfolders. It also counts text usually missed by MS Word - text boxes, autoshapes, headers, footers, annotations, footnotes, endnotes. PractiCount can generate detailed reports which can be printed or exported to Word or Excel and make invoices using convenient customer database.
An excellent time-saving solution, FineReader allows you to convert and edit a variety of paper and electronic files, including PDF files or scanned images from books, magazines, newspapers, legal documents, contracts, faxes, letters, brochures, and much, much more!
PractiCount can count texts in double-byte languages under Windows 2000/XP+Word 2000/XP in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
